D2D Sales Team Leader

Job Summary

As a Door to Door Sales Team Leader within Crimewatch your main purpose is to drive sales within your team whilst also providing support to them. Through effective management you will ensure the agreed targets between you and Crimewatch are achieved. As Team Leader your behaviour will be seen and mirrored within the team which will lead to an effective, inspirational and result driven environment. You will be responsible for making sales yourself as well as driving your team to make sales. The channels of direct selling will be varied and directed to you by marketing and management.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborate with management to create a sales team
  • Train new sales people to ensure success
  • Manage day to day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
  • Work with marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
  • Manage day to day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
  • Develop and drive a strong sales culture within the team to ensure all targets are achieved
  • Coach, develop and support your team members ensuring regular formal and informal 1:1s
  • Take responsibility and ownership for the productivity of your team
  • Practice the values of teamwork adopting a lead by example approach within your team
  • Be familiar with and practice a consistent and reasonable approach to company policies and procedures
  • Be quality focused with attention to detail at all times
  • Support a “can do” culture in terms of responding to customer needs
  • Direct your team to provide high quality sales service to the clients
  • Use effective communication skills to ensure all functions are familiar and kept up to date on the progress and status of your teams performance

Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

Crimewatch Security – The South East’s leading Security Company are now recruiting sales representatives for residential intruder alarm sales. You will be presenting our intruder alarm packages directly to the public and informing them of the benefits of our systems.

We are looking for competitive field sales representatives to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue, generating leads and qualifying prospects.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Cold calling – residential
  • Event sales
  • Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Follow through on sales leads
  • Attend meetings to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven sales experience in a “door to door” sales role is a must for this position
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques
