Pay & Display Machine Monitoring
Most Solar-powered Pay & Display machines are ‘sitting ducks’ and are a popular target for thieves. Because they are stand alone with no way of cabling to the unit, it has been impossible to alarm these machines to date.
At Crimewatch, we have devised a sophisticated anti-tamper device which fits neatly inside the machines, uses the machines battery supply and transmits any unauthorised interference back to our 24hr Central Station immediately, including the machine location – enabling the Gardai to respond instantly.
Recycling Plant / Bring Centre Monitoring
We can install Overt or Covert CCTV to ‘Bring Centres’ and ‘Recycling Depots’.
We can monitor activity at Recycling areas live 24hrs a day if required, and address illegal dumpers live via our audio system. We can provide hidden CCTV cameras and recorders in remote locations also, to catch and prosecute illegal dumpers.
Illegal Dumpers cost Irish Local Authorities millions of euro each year, funding which could be better spent elsewhere.
Lifebuoy Monitoring
“A stolen Buoy – a stolen life” – doesn’t mean a thing to an intoxicated thug at 11pm on a Saturday night. Stolen or vandalised ring-buoys are the scourge of most Local Authorities with some having to replace buoys on a weekly basis. It is a costly exercise, a financial burden but essential to protect life in and around water.
We can install and monitor anti-tamper devices on Ring-buoy casings, on bridges or quayfronts – alerting the Gardai/Emergency services of the opening of any case. This will ensure any vandals are caught red-handed plus any genuine emergency is detected at the earliest opportunity.
